• We reserve the right to limit quantities and sales areas on  certain items.  In the event an item is not in stock, we will email the customer and advise them of the expected date of availability.
  
  
• Chlorine and acid may be purchased only within our local delivery area in Dallas/Fort Worth.  This local delivery area includes most areas within the Mapsco street directory.
  
  
•  POOLplaza is not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect pricing on any products.  In the event that the posted price is incorrect, we will email the customer with the correct price and give the customer the opportunity to buy the product at the correct price or delete it from their order.
  
  
• Technical tips and other information on the site is posted as a helpful service to the customer, but it does not necessarily qualify the customer to properly and safely care for their pool.  Each pool system is different and the pool owner is strongly advised to have an on-site orientation with an experienced professional so that they are able to properly care for their pool.

Shipping 

We make every effort  to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt (except for Saturday's, Sunday's, and Holidays), however this is not always possible due to merchandise availability and other unforeseen events.

Warranty Information

• All products sold by POOLplaza carry a manufacturer warranty. If you feel you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. Please contact us by email if you require assistance.
