The Main Drain

The pool drain is very important for the circulation of the pool because it pulls water from the bottom of the pool into the pump.

It is important that this drain cover be an anti-vortex cover and it is important that the cover remain in place at all times.

If the drain cover is ever broken or missing, the pool MUST be closed down immediately until repairs can be made.
