We can strongly recommend any of these pumps, however we do feel that some are better than others. We have rated each pump on a 5-star system with five stars being the best.

Hayward	Hayward Northstar click above for more info	This is Hayward's latest pump and offers very impressive features and performance at a bit of a premium price, but well worth it. This pump rivals the best from the other manufacturers.	1 - 3 HP	5yrs
Pac Fab Now known as Pentair	Pac Fab Challenger click above for more info	The Pac Fab Challenger has become a standard of the industry and has gained a lot of devoted fans in the service industry because it is dependable and easy to service.	3/4 - 2 HP
	Pac Fab Whisperflo click above for more info	The Pac Fab Whisperflo is a high performance pump with higher GPM ratings than the Challenger, but is not nearly as easy to service as the Challenger. As the name suggests, it is a bit quieter than some pumps, but not greatly so.	1/2 - 2-1/2 HP	3yrs
