Sta-Rite Push-Pull - Two-position backwash valves have minimal flow restriction.
Unique handle design allows easier operation; pin locks valve in filter position.

- Six-position dial-type valves offer convenience, ease of use and efficient operation.
Includes connecting pipe to match side ports in sand and D.E. filters. 2" PVC unions
for filter-to-valve connection. Positive seal prevents leakage between ports. |

Sta-Rite Multiport Backwash Valves
SIX-POSITION VALVE:
FILTER - For Normal filtering and regular vacuuming.
BACKWASH - For cleaning filter sand bed of accumulated debris.
RINSE - Use after completing backwash cycle to ensure all dirty water is rinsed out of the filter to waste.
WASTE - By-passes the filter for draining or lowering pool water level and for vacuuming heavy debris directly to waste
line.
RECIRCULATE - Water is re-circulated through the valve, by-passing the filter.
CLOSED- Shuts off the flow from the pump to the filter.

|
| Sta-Rite six-position
dial-type valves offer convenience, ease of use and efficient operation. They include
connecting pipe with union nuts to match side ports in sand and D.E. filters.. Positive
seal prevents leakage between ports. The valves have an easy-to-use lever handle
that allows selections from any of the six functions. There is also a sight glass
that lets you see when the backwashing cycle is completed.

|
| Two-position backwash valves have minimal
flow restriction. Unique handle design allows easier operation; pin locks valve
in filter position. Two types of filter connections are available; Union connectors
for filters that have threaded ports and hose connectors and clamps for valves without
the threaded connectors. The hose connector type can also be used on other brand
sand and DE filters. Plumbing connections are 2" PVC.
