Full-Rated vs. Uprated - the 3/4 HP full rated pump, is exactly the same pump as the 1.0 HP uprated pump and so on. The only difference is the labels on the pump and motor. The internals are exactly the same. The manufacturer's do this because some areas like Texas prefer uprated pumps while other areas like California prefer full rated pumps.
